Peace and Harmony Initiative:
Based on the concept of ‘one human nation’, ideally speaking, it should be possible for all of us humans to live in peace and harmony. God created us from a single pair of a male and a female and yet made us into diverse nations and tribes so that we may come to know one another.
PICNA will have an ongoing campaign and programs to encourage and promote:
Peace and harmony over conflict and discord, love over hate, moderation over extremism, integration over division, and knowledge, awareness and education over ignorance.

Interfaith Dialog and Engagement:
In keeping with its vision and mission, PICNA will strive to enhance and promote interfaith dialog and discussion to bring about a better understanding between followers of various faiths and thus endeavor to bring various sections of the society and communities close to one another.
Seminars, workshops and other events will be organized to facilitate such discussions and visits to places of worship will be encouraged to promote interfaith harmony.

“Understanding …” Series:
These campaigns will focus on Islam as whole as well as the Quran and the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him). The initiative will include the publication and distribution of quality pamphlets. Other media will include an electronic launch at the ‘PICNA’ website as well as events on the ground when feasible.
- Understanding Islam: Besides other subjects, this will focus on beliefs, especially in Prophets including Jesus, Moses and Abraham (peace be upon them), and the special importance given to Jews and Christians. Topics will also include the sanctity of life, as well as the environmental, political and socio-economic rights, duties and responsibilities of individuals in Islam.
- Understanding the Quran: This will describe the message of the Quran, highlight parallels between modern science and related Quranic verses, as well as provide solutions offered within the Quran to contemporary issues confronting society.
- Understanding the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him): This will discuss his status as a ‘mercy to all the worlds’ and his roles as a peacemaker, husband, family man, teacher, statesman, military general and more.
